Our Annual General Meeting / Dinner will be held on 30 May 2026 (Saturday) at the following venue:

1) Registration Method

報名方法

Deposit registration fee into Standard Chartered Bank Local Officers’ Association A/C 411-0-955319-3 with Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.

將報名費存入渣打銀行（香港）有限公司” Standard Chartered Bank Local Officers’ Association” 賬號411-0-955319-3。

Early Bird (16-30 April 2026) at HK$100 per member

早鳥優惠（2026年4月16-30日），每位港幣100元

Thereafter (1-15 May 2026) at HK$150 per member

其後報名（2026年5月1-15日），每位港幣150元 After registration, registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.

一經報名後，不論任何原因，將不獲退回報名費。

After deposit, please send the bank deposit receipt / record by WhatsApp to both Paula Lo (91518811) and Anthony Ng (93899090) for follow up arrangements.

存款後，請將銀行存款收據 / 記錄發送至Paula Lo (91518811) 與 Anthony Ng (93899090) 兩人的WhatsApp作後續安排。

Remarks 備註

• Member who has registered to attend the annual dinner but end up no show, he or she is subject to administration fee charge of HK$300. The absentee can find a replacement who must be a valid member, and such replacement is also required to pay the registration fee of HK$100. 凡已經報名出席週年聚餐之會員，如缺席須繳付港幣300元行政費。缺席者可以找會員替補，而該替補缺席之會員仍須繳付港幣100元報名費。

• Members can organize up to 12 persons to sit at the same table. The representative needs to provide the names and mobile numbers of members for registration and verification process. 會員可自組安排多至12人同坐一枱。代表需確保提供同枱會員姓名與手機號碼用於登記和驗證。

• Member who retired or got married in 2025 can apply for souvenir by sending email message to scbloa2011@gmail.com before 30 April 2026 (Thursday) detailing full name in English, contact phone number and date of retirement / marriage. Please note that member has to attend the annual dinner to collect his / her souvenir in person. 在2025年退休或結婚的會員可在2026年4月30日（星期四）之前，發訊息致本會郵箱scbloa2011@gmail.com，申請領取紀念品。請詳列會員英文全名，聯絡電話及退休 / 結婚日期。請注意，會員必須親自出席週年聚餐領取其紀念品。

• Mahjong tables (around 20 tables) will be served starting 3:30 p.m. First come, first served. 會場在下午三時半開始提供（約二十枱）麻將耍樂。先到先得。

• Cheers Restaurant provides free parking for three hours, but the parking location is a bit far away from the restaurant.
